PLACING YOUR ORDER
To place an order with us, put your desired products in the cart and click on 'Checkout'. If you're a new customer with us, then you will have to select either Guest Checkout or Register Account on the left. Registering for a new account with us means that you can keep track of your order history, access your wish list, and save your address details for future orders. You can also select 'login' if you already have an account with us.
Once you have put in your payment and address information, you can choose your payment method on the right. We accept payment through PayPal or Direct Deposit. Our website is secure through SSL premium security, and any personal information is encrypted. Please refer to our privacy policy to learn more.
If you select PayPal, you will need to click the PayPal button at the bottom of your cart to confirm your PayPal details.
If you select Direct Deposit, you will receive an email after your order is placed with our Direct Deposit details.
Please check your order to confirm that all details are correct, and once you are happy, click on 'Confirm Order' to place an order with us!
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Once we have received your order, we first quality check your products to ensure that all of your items are in good condition. If products are unfit for sending, we will contact you immediately.
We pride ourselves on our packaging process! Once your products have been checked for good quality, we wrap, pack and prepare your parcels with care.
We are based on the Sunshine Coast QLD, but we deliver Australia-wide and to New Zealand. Once your packages have been prepared with care, we send them via Australia Post with tracking. You will receive an email with your tracking number to let you know when your order is on its way!
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to change, cancel or modify your order in any way, please contact us as soon as possible via our email, sales@kazzanga.com. Please keep in mind that cancellations or changes of orders can only occur if the order has not yet been sent out by us!
Order processing times may vary, depending on public holidays/events, the popularity of a specific item, delays in the delivery service, or limited resources.
